Meeting Format: WebEx Requires HighSpeed Internet Connnection. Refund/cancellation policy. An attendee may reschedule a course of equal or lesser value for a different date with no penalty. An attendee may substitute a colleague in place of themselves with at least twenty-four (24) hours’ prior written notice to DTN. If an attendee reschedules a course, the fees for the rescheduled course are non-refundable. Non-rescheduled course fees are 100 percent refundable up to 14 days prior to the course date; 80 percent refundable up to five days prior to course date; 50 percent refundable up to two days prior to course date; and no refund will be given if an attendee cancels within forty-eight (48) hours of an initial course date. DTN shall not responsible or held accountable for any fees, penalties, charges or additional costs associated with travel, rescheduling or cancellation for any reason. If DTN cancels a course for any reason, DTN will only refund the attendee’s course fees.
